Ustaz Irwan Hadi completed his degree in Islamic law at the traditional Al-Azhar University in Cairo where he was on the Dean’s list in the final year. During this period he managed to gain ijazahs in traditional Islamic sciences from scholars such as the current Grand Mufti of Egypt, Sheikh Dr Ali Jum’ah, Sheikh Ahmad Taha Rayyan. He was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, UK to pursue his Masters of Law at the School of Oriental and African, University of London studies where he obtained an overall distinction. He is currently the Secretary of the Fatwa or legal committee of Muis (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore) and a Council member of the Islamic Scholars and Teachers Association of Singapore (PERGAS) for the 2012-2014 term. He has served in the Office of the Mufti since 2007 and is currently heading the Office.

Ustazah Rohana Ithnin obtained his first degree at the prestigious Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. She pursued her post-graduate studies at Shariff Hidayatullah Islamic State University (Universitas Islam Negeri), Ciputat Indonesia and obtained Masters in Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies. She is also pursuing her second Masters in Arabic Language education at the Malang Islamic State University (Universitas Islam Negeri) in Indonesia. She is an experienced asatizah in the field of education, having taught in three madrasahs for more than ten years. She currently serves as the Vice-Principal at Madrasah Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiah.

Ustazah Zanaria Jusary, received her Diploma in Usuluddin (Islamic Theology) majoring in Tafsir from Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Selangor (KUIS) in Malaysia. She then continued her Bchelor Degree in Al-Azhar University in Egypt. She currently serves as an Executive at Youth Education Strategic Unit, Islamic Religious Council Singapore (MUIS). Ustazah Zanaria enjoys sharing of thoughts and believes in being a good facilitator. She honestly felt that the best of all character is acquired through Islamic Education.

Ustaz Muhd Zahid Zin received his Diploma Islamic Studies at Institute of Syaykh Ahmad Kuftaro at Damascus, Syria. He is currently the Head of Tradisi Halaqah and Programmes For Muslim With Disabilities at Badan Agama Dan Pelajaran Radin Mas or Radin Mas Association of Religious Education (BAPA). Beyond teaching, he also serves as the Naib Kadi and an active motivational speaker, having been invited by various local Muslim organizations, including PERGAS, PPIS, Darul Arqam and Jamiyah. Ustaz Zahid is also member of a local Qasidah group, Maadihul Mustafa.

Ustaz Mustazah Bahari attained his Masters in Quranic Sciences and Prophetic Traditions (Sunnah & Hadith) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2005. He obtained his Bachelor Degree (Honors) in Syariah from Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia in 2000. In the field of Hadith, he obtained several ijazah sanad for hadith in Kutub Sittah from Syria. He also pursued his studies at LEE Community College in Singapore and obtained a diploma in Psychology Counseling. He is currently a PhD candidate at UKM in Kuala Lumpur, Ustaz Mustazah is also serving as the Head of Darul Hadith at Assyafaah Mosque. He is also an associate member of the Fatwa Committee and a member of the Appeal Board.

Ustaz Jamaluddin Abdul Wahab attained his Bachelor Degree in Hadith from the Islamic University of Madinah and went to pursue his Masters in Usuluddin (Al-Quran & Hadith) at the Universiti Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also holds a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Lee Community College. Currently, he serves as an Executive Imam at Darul Ghufran Mosque, and he regularly conducts religious talks.

Ustaz Yazid Muhamad Salleh attained his Bachelor Degree in Arabic Language, Literature and Linguistics, from the Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He then pursued his Masters in Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies at Shariff Hidayatullah Islamic State University (Universitas Islam Negeri), Ciputat, Indonesia. He is currently the CEO and Founder of Aspire Institute of Quranic Coaching which provides motivational workshops blending the approach of NLP with Spirituality of the Quran.

Ustaz Mohd Irwan Shah graduated from Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt with a Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Jurisprudence. He had also obtained a Diploma in Counseling from Asia Pacific Management Institute (APMI) Kaplan, Singapore. He currently serves as the Executive Imam at Kassim Mosque. He is appointed by the Registry of Muslim Marriage (ROMM) as the Naib Kadi and also an associate member of the Fatwa Committee.

Ustaz Muhd Imran Othman holds Bachelor Degree in Syariah from the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia. He is currently an Executive Imam at Al-Ansar Mosque. He was selected to participate in Muis Asatizah Attachment Programme (MAAP), where he did his research paper on the issue of women and inheritance. Ustaz Imran Othman is also active in delivering talks to both Muslim and non-Muslim audiences.

Ustaz Muhammad Hafiizh Rapiee holds Bachelor Degree in Hadith and Islamic Knowledge from the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia. He had obtained Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Lee Community College, Sinapore. He is currently pursuing his post-graduate studies in Usuluddin from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Ustaz Hafiizh also serves as an associate member of Fatwa Committee for 2010-2013 and a member of the Quran Teachers Selection Committee (QTSC). He is also an active freelance counselor, providing counseling services to the community.

Ustaz Qusairy Thaha Al-Hafiz graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Al-Quran and Recitation from the Maahad Tahfiz Wal Qiraat, Al-Azhar University in Syubra, Egypt. Prior to his undergraduate degree, he had obtained Diploma in Quranic Recitation and Memorization (Qiraat and Tahfiz) from Maahad Tahfiz Darul Quran (JAKIM). He is also an M.A candidate at the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia – UKM). He currently serves as the Head of Tahfiz & Qiraah (Memorization & Recitation) at Darul Quran, Kampung Siglap Mosque, and Singapore. He is also the Chairman for Quran Teachers Selection Committee (QTSC). Ustaz Qusairy is also an adhoc judge for Quranic competitions in Singapore.

Ustaz Mohammed Suhaimi graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Research and Arabic Literature from the Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. Prior to his undergraduate degree, he had obtained Diploma in Arabic Literature from KUSZA in Terengganu, Malaysia. Ustaz Suhaimi currently serves as an Executive Imam at Al-Istighfar Mosque, while also being appointed as the Naib Kadi by the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM). He actively organizes Islamic learning and social development programmes for the Muslim community and regularly conducts religious talks and workshops.

Ustaz Muhammad Fizar Bin Zainal holds a Diploma in Arabic Language at the Center for Arabic Studies at the Syeikh Ahmed Kuftaro Foundation, Damascus, Syria. He also obtained Graduate Diploma in Dialogue of Civilizations from the same institute. Prior to his tertiary education, Ustaz Fizar had spent two years at Rubat Tareem Asy-Syatiri, Yemen studying traditional Islamic learning, after spending four years of secondary education in a local secondary school. He also holds a Diploma Counselling and Psychology at APMI Kaplan. Ustaz Fizar currently serves as the Education Manager at Masjid Al-Iman.

Ustaz Muhammad Fakhrur Radzi bin Mohd Noor graduated with Bachelor Degree in Syariah Law from Al-Azhar University, Cairo. He currently serves as Dakwah Executive at Al-Mukminin Mosque. He has been selected to participate in Muis Asatizah Attachment Programme (MAAP), and currently attached to the Office of Mufti, where he is working on a research paper on contemporary religious issues.

Ustaz Mohd Khair graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt. He then pursued his Masters in Islamic Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies at Shariff Hidayatullah Islamic State University from (Universitas Islam Negeri), Ciputat, Indonesia. He also obtained a Specialist Diploma in Counselling Psychology. Currently he serves as Manager at Sultan Mosque, while also being appointed as the Naib Kadi by the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM). He had also developed special programme for MCYS on AIDS Awareness called Suara Kekasih.

Ustaz Muhamad Nuzhan bin Abdul Halim graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Quranic Exegesis and its Sciences from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt. He currently serves as Executive Officer at Jamiyah Arrabitah Mosque in Dakwah and Youth Development. He actively organizes Islamic learning and social development programmes for the Muslim community with special focus on religious awareness amongst Muslims, and the strengthening of religious and racial harmony in the country.

Ustazah Nurul 'Izzah graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Islamic Theology (Akidah & Falsafah) from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt. She currently serves as an Executive Officer at Jamiyah Arrabitah Mosque in Education and Dakwah, she was also appointed as an associate member of Fatwa Committee for 2010-2013.. She is active in delivering talks and organizing Islamic learning and social development programmes for the Muslim community.

Ustaz Muhd Ma'az graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Islamic law from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt. He pursued his post-graduate studies at International Islamic University Malaysia, IIUM, in Fiqh & Usul al-Fiqh. He also holds a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Lee Community College, Singapore. He currently serves at Taqwa Mosque as Imam Executive. Ustaz Muhd Ma'az is also active in delivering talks and organizing Islamic learning and social development programmes for the Muslim community.

Ustaz Yousef bin Abdul Rahim attained his Bachelor Degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He currently serves as Head of Islamic Learning Unit at Al-Falah Mosque. He was selected to participate in Muis Asatizah Attachment Programme (MAAP), where he did his research paper on "Gender Equality in Islam". He active in delivering talks and organizing Islamic learning and social development programmes for the Muslim youth in Singapore.

Ustaz Abdul Manaf holds a Diploma in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies from Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah, Pondok Modern Gontor Ponorogo, Indonesia. He also holds a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Lee Community College, Singapore. He currently serves as an Executive Chairman at Muhajirin Mosque. He actively engages with the community & national involvements as religious advices and Counselor for Religious Rehabilitation Group.
